We had a pleasant stay with the kids. The location made it easy to explore Charleston, and the staff, especially Matt, went above and beyond when I realized I left something valuable behind. The room was clean, and the breakfast was satisfying.
For dads, it would be great to have a play area for toddlers.

The stay featured a comfortable ambiance with a very clean room and exceptional service from a friendly staff member at check-in. Particularly appreciated was the modern decor and the quiet location, ensuring a restful night. However, the overall aesthetics seemed somewhat clinical compared to other locations, lacking warmth and inviting elements. Attention to cleanliness was paramount, but I encountered minor issues that detracted from the experience.

Family Stay, Mostly Good Times
The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. Had a really solid breakfast, with waffles and coffee that hit the spot after a long drive.
It wasn't exactly cheap, still okay for the price though.

good service but room needs updates
The front desk staff were accommodating and friendly, making the best of a difficult situation. I appreciated the gesture of providing water to guests during the power outage.
Room decor felt outdated and could use a refresh.

It was just a fine choice for a day tour in Charleston with incredible value for money. We found trash and a half-smoked cigarette on the floor which was really disappointing. Make sure to check your room upon arrival to avoid surprises.

Adequate Stay with Room for Improvement
The check-in process felt rushed, but I appreciated the comfy bed for a decent night's sleep. A nearby diner offered tasty breakfast options that made my morning enjoyable. For future guests, request a room on a lower floor for convenience if you're traveling late.

The room was decent, feeling clean and pretty updated. I liked the space and the shower setup, but I did trip over a carpet strip, which was super frustrating. The friendly staff helped with breakfast, which was nice. The maintenance guy wasn’t very friendly when I reported my fall though, which left a bad vibe. Overall, comfy but with some bumps.
